Steampunk festival brings retro to Reisterstown

A steampunk festival will visit the Reisterstown area next month, providing a family-friendly experience and learning event for individuals wanting to experience a new environment.

The TellTale Steampunk Festival is returning to the Reisterstown area in a few weeks for its second iteration. The convention will highlight the life and accomplishments of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The 2024 event will bring more panels and workshops for guests to learn from and enjoy. The top artisans from the East Coast will attend, offering attendees an opportunity to learn new skills and take home unique art pieces.

Guests are encouraged to wear steampunk clothing to match the convention’s theme. The best-dressed attendees will be entered into a costume contest with an opportunity to win prizes. Promotional Products following a steampunk theme are an excellent way to build brand awareness at such events.

The workshops are geared toward teaching attendees and their families skills and art techniques to create products and finished pieces. Panelists will also attend to ensure a positive learning experience for all participants. Attendees are encouraged to bring snacks and refreshments to maximize the fun at the convention.

The convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the weekend of April 20th through 21st. Single-day tickets cost $20 per child and $30 per adult and are available online.
