Memorial provides peace for Reisterstown pet owners

A pet memorial service is being planned in Reisterstown for this September, giving families an opportunity to celebrate the happy moments with furry friends while finding their peace.

The 15th Annual Pet Memorial Sunday, which is being put together by the Baltimore Humane Society Memorial Park, is getting ready to welcome individuals and families who have lost a pet. It will offer a setting where the community can come together to honor the beloved animal companions who have affected their lives.

Attendees will get to hear guest speakers provide insights and comfort, leading to increased empathy and understanding. These speakers will share their own stories, making the memorial gathering a relatable experience.

Interested individuals are welcome to bring their dogs to accompany them, though these guests are asked to keep their canine companions leashed. Printing services can help promote events like this by providing quality promotional resources to place on bulletin boards and in other busy parts of town.

The guest speakers will be followed by a remembrance ceremony and candle-lighting ceremony. A memorial table will also be set up. The event will be held in an outdoor setting, and visitors are encouraged to dress for the weather.

The Baltimore Humane Society Memorial Park in Reisterstown will host the memorial experience, which will begin at 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 13th. It is free and open to the public.
