Festival celebrates life in Reisterstown
An end-of-the-summer festival is drawing near in Reisterstown, and area residents are invited to attend and enjoy the last week of summer with friends and family.
The 38th Annual Reisterstown Festival is coming up in a few weeks, pairing a beer garden, petting zoo, community parade, laser tag, and live music for a memorable weekend in town. The gathering will start with the parade, which will run from Main Street in downtown to Cockeysmill Road. Interested parties are encouraged to register to participate in this year’s parade.
After the parade ends, attendees are invited to meet at the festival’s stage to listen to live music from several local bands and artists. The lineup includes AITA, Miggs, Band and Bentley, Fantasm, and Doc Marten and the Flannels. Poster printing is an effective way to promote such festivals and musicians by placing the posters in public places with high foot traffic.
The host site will feature a Family Fun area, where activities are specifically designed for children to ensure an enjoyable experience. Over 100 vendors are expected to attend this year’s festival, giving guests ample opportunity to stop and shop for handcrafted goods and more.
Hannah More Park in downtown Reisterstown will host the festival, which will take place on Saturday, September 6th, at 11:00 AM. Admission is free to all, and free parking is available nearby.
