A music festival accompanied with wings is on the way to Beltsville.

The trap music genre originated in the American South early in the 1990s. Trap music is characterized by aggressive sound and lyrics, with instrumental sections pushed by techniques such as triple time, double-time, heavy sub-bass lines, and 808 kick drums. Atlanta rappers such as Ghetto Mafia, Goodie Mob, Outkast, Dungeon Family, and Cool Breeze were among the first musicians to refer to “trap” in their performance, with the theme of the songs often relating to the challenges of breaking out of addiction.
The event is set for April 16 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The venue is the DMV at 5017 Herzel Place in Beltsville. Tickets range in price from $20 to $100, and include the open bar, wings, and the entry fee. Further information about the location will be sent to participants via email.
