Skating is a winter activity enjoyed by many, and a Hoffman Estates arena will be welcoming one and all for some holiday-themed time out on the ice.
The Triphahn Center and Ice Area has invited local to visit the rink for a special Santa Skate. Those who would like to participate but do not own any skates will be able to rent a pair on site for $3.00, and an early bird registration offer is available.
Skaters will be able to spend time with Santa out on the ice, and there will be plenty of memories to be made. Parents can snap photos of the excitement on the kids’ faces.
To accommodate as many as possible, two sessions have been scheduled. They are expected to full up quickly, and all ages are welcome to lace up their skates and hit the ice.
A community’s parks and recreation department may perform a variety of tasks, which will often include planning special events. A poster printing company can lend a hand at promoting an activity to the public, and can offer services at a variety of price points.
Hoffman Estates will be hosting its Santa Skate sessions on Sunday, December 22nd. The start times are 10:30 am and 12:30 pm, and a link to order advance passes has been made available on the Hoffman Estates Park District. The early bird registration price of $7 is still in place at the time of writing.
