Popular festival returns to area

The 5th annual Northwest Celtic Fest is taking place next month in Hoffman Estates.

The event is expected to feature some of the best Celtic performers from the area and internationally. There will be Irish dancing, demonstrations, and musical performances, in addition to scotch and beer tastings.

Several clans will also be on hand to provide information about their programs and services, as well as bringing together those with the same ancestry.

For the kids, there is set to be a range of fun activities and games, which includes indoor mini-golf.

Vendors will also be selling all types of Celtic-related merchandise. This will likely include handmade jewelry, clothing, Posters, prints, and Books. Vendors are still being accepted to participate in this year's festival.

Organizers are also looking for volunteers to help with the smooth running of this event. They may be asked to undertake tasks like manning vendor booths, selling food, or running children's activities.

Some of the participating vendors may decide to invest in postcard printing services from their favorite Hoffman Estates printer. Postcards are a good way to advertise products since there is room for a picture and the contact information.
