Hoffman Estates schedules community Night Out

This August, Hoffman Estates will be joining in the fun of a nationwide program that celebrates the community coming together.

The National Night Out movement works to bring neighbors together in an environment that is fun and welcoming to all. The activity planned for the local area is being hosted by its police department. It will be held at 411 W. Higgins Road, and all ages may take part.

The function will bring members of the police department together with Hoffman Estates residents for a fun-filled evening. Everyone will be encouraged to become stakeholders in building a community that is safe and inclusive to all, and food and drinks will be served to the crowd for as long as supplies last. Live music will be playing, and many small businesses will be represented. Tours of the police station will be on offer as well, and there will be an opportunity for anyone interested to learn more about its teen cadet program.

Grassroots level events can be useful in creating community buy-in, and a poster printing company will be happy to help build anticipation for a public activity. It can fill orders quickly, and they may be placed online, in person, or by phone.

Hoffman Estates will be celebrating National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6. Additional details can be gathered by calling 847-781-2866.
