This July, families all over Illinois will be rediscovering the joy of leaving their technology at home, and Hoffman Estates is one of the communities taking part.
Unplug at Southridge Park will be a day for digital detox and heading outdoors for some fun. It is being offered at no charge, and the overall celebration is an initiative of the Illinois Park & Recreation Association.
The activity will offer a variety of experiences, and there will be lots of activities to try. Ninja course races, a bubble show, an interactive musical performance for the kids and an inflatable obstacle course will be taking place, and everyone can browse through the tables set up by local community service groups and other organizations. The splash pad will be open, and the festivities will be on offer for three hours. Some of the activities may require advanced registration.
When marketing events planners can count on their local Print shops to lend a helping hand. They can supply a full line of poster printing and other services that can get the job done without having to break the bank.
