Hoffman Estates festival to offer frosty fun

Hoffman Estates is on track for some seasonal winter fun this December, and it will be on offer free of charge.

All ages are welcome to attend Winterfest, which will take place at the Bridges of Poplar Creek Country. The activity has come to be a favorite for local families, and the festivities will run for four hours.

When they arrive at the venue, the attendees will find lots to see and do. They can give iceless skating a try, and there will also be lots of family photo ops. The kid in the crowd will be invited to make some s’mores, and a gingerbread house making and decorating competition is in the works. Advance sign up id required for this. Everyone will be able to enjoy the carnival style games and as the function will take place outdoors, the families are reminded to dress for the weather.

Outdoor festivals may require decor that will be able to withstand being exposed to the elements. Banner printing companies can supply this, and it will have an assortment of styles available including ones that can be folded or rolled up for storage so they may be used more than once.
