Two of Hoffman Estates’ top chefs will be putting their skills to work to help create an evening that will feature wine, at least five pork dishes, and all the fixings that can make for a memorable meal.
Wines from Lynfred Winery will be in the spotlight during the ‘Pork and Cork’ evening which is being offered courtesy of the Chicago Culinary Kitchen. Pitmasters Kristina and Greg Gaardbo will be preparing the food, and each guest will be invited to take home a to-go box so they can enjoy the leftovers at home.
The menu for the evening includes pit beans as well as buttermilk biscuits, elotes (corn on the cob), macaroni cheese, and meat will be the star of the show. The chefs will prepare ribs, sausage, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork and this will all be capped off with a special dessert. A selected wine chosen by Christina Anderson-Heller will accompany each course.
This event will welcome anyone who is age 21 and over, and tickets are $95 each. A printing services provider will be able to supply decorations, table cards, Menus, VIP Invitations, and other printed materials for an event like this.
Chicago Culinary Kitchen will be hosting this evening of barbecue, wine, and other foodie friendly fare on April 11. It is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm and conclude at 9:30 pm.
