Golf tournament will raise funds for local charity

The 2nd annual GiGi's Playhouse Golf Outing is taking place next month in Hoffman Estates. It is a fundraising event for the organization

There will be much more than golf going on during the day. Players can check out and try new golf products, practice on the driving range, enjoy food and drinks while on the course, and finish the day off with an awards banquet.

Fees are $225 per player or $800 for a foursome, this included green fees, the use of a cart, range balls, an umbrella, lunch, and dinner. Dinner will start off with a cocktail reception, followed by a meal, a short program, and an awards presentations. Those who wish to attend the dinner only just pay $75 each.

Sponsorships are available for local businesses and individuals from $350 for a hole signup, to $20,000 for presenting sponsor.

GiGi's Playhouse has several locations all over the United States. It provides educational and therapeutic programs for children with Downs Syndrome.

Sponsors will be recognized on the golf course with signage most likely purchased from a Hoffman Estates Print company.
