While Santa may be having a busy month, he will be leaving his workshop in the care of his trusty elves so he can be part of a Hoffman Estates activity for one day.
The community will be welcoming the Big Guy in Red for the Santa Drive-By program, and spots are expected to fill up quickly. Those who register will be informed by text when he is about to arrive, and this will help to keep the activity running smoothly.
The organizers of the event say Santa will stop by each registered household to spend a few minutes with the kids and drop off some small gifts. Parents only need to register once, and the town will be broken up in different neighborhoods to aid in scheduling the visits. The participation fee is $28 each, and the agenda runs from 9:00 am until 4:45 pm.
