Michelada festival delivers new flavors to Gurnee area

A michelada festival is in the works near Gurnee for next month, offering area residents the opportunity to support local restaurants and vendors while exploring new flavors.

The Michelada Fest, organized by Rockin’ Down The House, has an official date in the event calendar, and Gurnee residents may want to make reservations while spots remain. Guests are invited to drink the day away in a fun setting with family and friends. The top michelada vendors from across the Chicago area will attend, offering guests ample opportunity to find their favorites.

Attendees who do not like micheladas will have other refreshing options to ensure a fun and memorable visit. Live DJs will provide the music, and visitors will have access to a bounce house, a mechanical bull, beer pong, and taco vendors. Flyer printing is a fantastic grassroots method for promoting and generating excitement about such events.

The event will be held indoors, offering a break from the weather. Participants are encouraged to drink responsibly and arrange for a designated driver to ensure safety for all. Tickets will be available online and at the door, with door pricing set as more expensive.

The festival will be held at the Lakehurst Events Center in nearby Waukegan. It is set for Saturday, May 10th, starting at noon and ending at 10:00 PM. Tickets are available online for $30 per person.
