Gurnee beer festival raises money for veterans

Beer and cider lovers will want to make a note in their diaries for next month, as a beer festival is coming to Gurnee in support of area veterans.

The 2025 Legions of Craft Beer Fest is coming to Gurnee in a few weeks and bringing several of the top cideries and microbreweries with it. The event is being organized by the Gurnee American Legion Post 771 and is the 8th annual gathering. Guests will have the opportunity to sample over 50 craft beers from more than 20 breweries in Illinois.

Wine and liquor options will also be available to attendees who want to support the cause but who do not enjoy beer. All guests are asked to drink responsibly. The festival is proud to display the best of Illinois and to use the proceeds generated at the event to support area veterans and their families. Poster printing is a proven way to drum up excitement and interest in such events while promoting the event’s sponsors.

The festival provides an opportunity for the community to support veterans and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Several ticket options are available, including designated driver tickets.

The Gurnee American Legion will host the beer festival on Saturday, October 4th, from noon to 4:00 PM. General admission tickets cost $45 online and $55 when purchased at the door.
