Colorful performance planned for Gurnee
A time-honored type of entertainment is one the way to Gurnee—a circus.
Circo Hermanos Vazquez will present their “The Best is Yet to Come” show to audiences in Gurnee. The show is a traditional circus, with trapeze artists, clowns, dancers, and more, but brought up to date for today’s audiences.
The circus is a family organization that was created in 1969 in Mexico City. In 1986, the circus made history when they performed in the Zócalo, Mexico City’s main plaza. They were the only circus ever to perform in this historic location. For many years, the circus toured only in Mexico and Central America, but in 1993, Circo Hermanos Vazquez began touring the United States. They continue to devise new acts, making each show different. Poster printing can be used to create colorful and interesting posters to advertise events like this.
The circus is following health guidelines to make sure visitors have an enjoyable experience that is also safe. Among the measures it is taking is limited attendance to 50% of the tent’s total capacity; enforcing mask wearing by both employees and audience members; sanitizing the venue before every performance; and enforcing social distancing measures. This means leaving at least six feet between groups of attendees.
Circo Hermanos Vazquez will be at Gurnee Mills Mall for two performances, May 28 and June 4, from 7.30 pm until 10.00 pm both days.
