Twin Falls organizes safety festival
The Magic Valley Safety Fest has undergone a revamp, and the public from Twin Falls and the surrounding area are on the guest list for its debut.
The festival-style activity has a scheduled run time of three days, and its agenda is filled with opportunities to learn, meet agency representatives and for the participants to get to know their neighbors. It will be focused on incorporating safety practices into everyday life, and there's different ways for subject matter experts and others to get involved.
The three day run time for the event will include workshops in sectors ranging from food service to agriculture, construction and hospitality, and the organizers explained that they would like to hear from anyone with safety expertise they would be interested in sharing with the public. They are also asking what subject will be of the most interest. All of these learning opportunities will be offered free of charge.
Along with volunteer instructors, the organizers of the festival have put out a call seeking sponsors. Companies that choose to provide financial support or donate gifts in kind to an activity are often recognized in the marketing material prepared for an event by a brochure printing company.
The 2025 installment of Magic Valley Safety Fest will begin on March 25th at 397 North College Road in Twin Falls. Its website offers links for potential sponsors, instructors and attendees alike.
