The city of Twin Falls is set to host a night of comedy for its residents this October.
The event’s headliner will be Portland-based comedian Bjorn R-G. Originally from Montana, his work offers relatable comedy. He has gained a reputation among the comedy circuit of Portland for his confident storytelling, and his ability to evoke laughter from his quick-witted takes on daily life. He draws humor from a variety of experiences, such as his identity as an LGBT skateboarder.
Available for one night only, the show will feature up-and-coming comedian Eliza Butler, who is also a Portland native. The pair has worked together delivering a weekly comedy show, Bangerz, to a loyal audience in their hometown. Host Tyson Gusman will also be on hand at the event.
The cost for tickets is $15, now that a $5 discount period has passed. Tickets are available for purchase through the event’s listing on Eventbrite. Poster printing can offer guests an opportunity to get an idea of the performers’ stage presence and appearance – in this case, Bjorn R-G’s skate attire – before comedy events like this begin.
This live show will take place on Friday, October 13 at the Big Papa’s Grill and Live Music. This is located at 213 5th Avenue, Twin Falls. The show begins at 8:00 pm and ends at 9:30 pm.
