Idaho Realtors will soon host a digital marketing course to help people establish a social media brand.
The course is for residential sales agents, brokers, and managers who want to become Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). According to the organizers, using social media in real estate marketing has become essential, and establishing a profile and publishing new listings are just the beginning of what social media marketing should entail for realtors. This course will give their social media marketing a clear direction and strategy.
Attendees will come to understand the advantages of having a social media strategy, interpret site analytics and engagement to change strategy appropriately, select the platforms on which to concentrate their efforts, develop a workable social media plan to implement for their company, come up with content ideas to use in their own strategy, and integrate risk management into their social media campaign. At the end of the course, participants will receive 7.5 hours of Idaho continuing education credit.
The course will be taught by Marki Lemons-Ryhal, who has been training realtors in marketing for over 25 years.
The application fee for the course is $99 and the annual dues are $195. Business Cards are a great way for realtors to show that they are CRSs at events such as this one
The course will be on Wednesday, December 7 from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. It will be at the Western Magic Valley Realtors, 1162 Eastland Drive North #1 in Twin Falls. Visit the National Association of Realtors website for more information or to register for the course.
