Twin Falls Chamber runs session for new members

The Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce is proud of the perks it offers its membership, and it has scheduled a lunchtime session that will offer a deep dive in how to take full advantage of these opportunities.

The Chamber’s newest members may find attending the Chamber 101 gathering particularly helpful. Lunch will be included, and each participating company or organization is asked to send a maximum of two guests.

The workshop will be led by key Chamber members and volunteers, and they will provide details about its programs and resources, as well as how to make the most of a membership. Everyone can learn about the Friday Facts email and discover how to obtain a mailing list. Tips for getting involved in the Chamber will be shared. Attendees can mingle with the other newest members, and the luncheon will run for one hour.

Many communities boast a chamber of commerce, which serves as a support and advocate for its businesses and not-for-profit groups. Orientation guides and other materials that may help its membership take full advantage of the perks available can be prepared by local stationery printers.

Chamber 101 will begin at 12:00 noon on Friday, August 7. The session will take place ay the Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce Conference Room at 2015 Neilsen Point Place.
