Realtor course to take place in Twin Falls

There will be a realtor course taking place in Twin Falls this March, which will be hosted by Idaho Realtors.

The event is titled "GRI 202 - Contracts in Real Estate Transactions; Negotiations with Rick Harris." The course, led by Rick Harris, broker, owner, and principal of Rick Harris Seminars, will cover the fundamentals of contractual law and its impact on real estate licensees.

The course curriculum will delve into topics such as illegal law practice, contract validity and types, contract elements, legally qualified parties, bilateral, and unilateral contracts, assignment and novation, mutual agreement, contract breach, misrepresentation, and the creation of real estate contracts.

Rick Harris will bring years of real estate experience and practical insights in a dynamic teaching style focused on essential skills. The course aims to enhance participants' knowledge in areas including seller and buyer representation, risk management, negotiation techniques, leadership, business ethics, and planning.

The cost to attend the event is $250. Tickets can be purchased through the Eventbrite listing. Attendees should note that refunds will only be issued if requested more than 30 days in advance.
