Preparing pasta in the home kitchen can be as fun as it is rewarding, and a Vero Beach evening will see all its attendees prepare the dish from scratch.
Kitty’s Restaurant will soon be rolling out the welcome mat for its Purrrfect Basta Pasta Cooking Class. A hands-on experience, ticketholders can socialize and enjoy the views of the waterfront from the venue while they work.
The three-hour class will open with a charcuterie happy hour, and guests can sip on a glass of wine or a cocktail while they mix and mingle. After this, it will be time for everyone to roll up their sleeves when it comes to preparing hand-crafted pasta. The ingredients, instruction, and tools will all be supplied. Once the pasta is ready, Chef Kitty Wagner will transform it into a dinner dish.
Cookery classes can be a pleasant and social way to learn some new kitchen skills. Organizers can order laminated recipe cards from area Stationery printers to hand out so that the attendees can easily recreate any of the dishes created at home.
