Ela Curry & Cocktails in Palm Beach Gardens will organize a special dining experience in December.
Maneet's Bollywood Experience is an event where people can enjoy a menu that celebrates Indian cuisine. The program is part of the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival's OpenTable Dining Series and will include vibrant music and dance performances. Dr. Madaiah Revana, the founder of Revana Winery, will attend the meal and show guests the right wines to pair with the dishes. The event has limited seating and will accommodate up to 20 dinner guests.
The meal will be made by Pushkar Marathe and Maneet Chauhan, two chefs who were born in India with plenty of experience working in restaurants. Marathe is one of the founders of the Ela Curry Kitchen and started his culinary training in Switzerland. Chauhan is a judge for Food Network's Chopped series and was the host for Festive Cooking with Maneet. She is also the founder of Hospitality Strong, an organization that helps hospitality workers in need.
The Bollywood dinner experience will be held on December 12 at 7:00 pm. Tickets to the event will cost guests $125 per person. All attendees must register in advance for the meal. Local restaurants that hold themed dinners like this can use printing services to create advertisements that get consumers interested in their events.
