North Miami Beach day care reopens

North Miami Beach’s Aventura Learning Center will be opening its doors again with services aimed at the children of first responders and other essential workers.

Avventura will be offering free tuition to the families of doctors, grocers and other front line workers. Many other day care centers have now opened up across South Florida to offer similar release. Owner Richard Ortero has announced that the day care will have additional measures in place.

The day care will offer a special program of activities and lessons. Its typical curriculum is designed to provide a grounding in both academic and practical subjects, and Aventura boasts of being fully accredited. Its mission statement suggests the importance of collaboration in its teaching strategy:

“ALC encourages students to actively participate and convey their knowledge in a collaborative, structured, yet fun, loving, nurturing and happy educational learning environment. Collaboration between teachers, parents and the children is an integral part of the educational experience we offer at ALC.”

Programs like these are frequently advertised using tools like poster printing with bright and colorful graphic design to attract the eyes of families. Many other preschools and day cares in Florida are opening up to offer similar services. Aventura re-opened on May 5, and is currently available with limited hours for the families of essential workers.
