The 2025 Miami Carnival will soon kick off with Hookie Miami, a Caribbean-inspired poolside celebration hosted by Hookie Life Entertainment.
The event will combine music, food, and community, offering six hours of entertainment at Duffy’s Sports Grill. The venue traces its origins to Lake Park, Florida, where it opened in 1985 as Duffy’s Drafthouse. It expanded under new leadership and became a leading casual sports restaurant brand across South Florida.
Guests can expect live sets from DJs including DJ Nunu, Selectah Kerry, Mystic Vibes 6.0, Supa Trackz, and Brandan Duke, with hosting by DJ Majestic and Lurbz. A limited number of cabanas will be available on a first come, first served basis, and organizers encourage attendees to bring swimwear and towels. Food will be available for purchase, and parking at the venue is free.
Admission is restricted to guests aged 21 and older. Tickets are sold in advance with limited early bird pricing, and all sales are final. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Only general admissions tickets are currently available and are priced at $49. Tickets can be bought through the Eventbrite listing.
