North Miami Beach festival returns for 49th year

The South Florida Bluegrass Association will bring the Everglades Bluegrass Festival back to North Miami Beach this December for its 49th year.

The three-day festival will take place beneath the oak trees of Greynolds Park and will feature bluegrass, folk, and old-time music from performers traveling to South Florida for the annual gathering.

Friday’s lineup includes Towers of Babel, Cliff and Friends, Wirejays, Alaskan Sunnyside, and Remedy Tree. Saturday will feature performers including Possum X-ing, Palms Bluegrass, Mountain Highway, Wandering Hours, Last Flight Out Bluegrass, and Gypsy Strings.

Sunday begins with a Gospel Jam before performances from Hare O’ the Dawg, Folk Weasels, Wandering Hours, Mountain Highway, Matthew Sabatella, and Grant Livingston.

Guests can attend for the day or camp at the park throughout the weekend, with tent and RV camping available. Organizers also welcome volunteers, vendors, and sponsors. Volunteers who contribute eight hours of service can receive a three-day festival pass.

Whole-weekend Early Bird admission is currently available for $70, with an additional promotional discount available for online purchases. Organizers of outdoor music festivals such as this one often use poster printing to provide information about performer lineups, camping, and ticket options.

The festival is scheduled for Friday, December 11 through Sunday, December 13 at Greynolds Park in North Miami Beach, Florida. The Event start times and performance times vary; attendees can visit the event listing for details.
