Golfers and enthusiasts will want to dust off their putters and find teammates, as a mini golf league is in the works for Fort Collins.
The Winter 2025 Putters and Pints Mini Golf League is preparing to kick off in late January. It will bring golfers together for friendly competition, prizes, and specials from participating breweries in the area. Each week will be sponsored by a different Northern Colorado brewery. Each session participants play in will allow them to enter the season-end drawing for the grand prize, which is a two-night stay with full days of skiing at the Steamboat Ski Resort.
Matches will be held on Wednesday nights and will last eight weeks. Each week will also bring mini golf challenges, which will allow players to leave with additional prizes. Banner printing is an effective way to show sponsor logos while awarding the winners with their prizes in style. The season’s winners will be awarded the Winter 2025 Putters and Pints Trophy.
The league requires each player to be 21 or older, and a co-ed league is available for interested parties. Each team will comprise two players, and all players will receive a T-shirt.
The league will be held at Old Town Putt starting on Wednesday, January 22, beginning at 7:00 PM. Registration is open online, with costs starting at $75 per player.
