Fort Collins residents will have an opportunity to explore the potential health benefits of gongs next month, as a holistic health group is organizing a session.
The 1st Sunday of Sound Gong Journey, presented by Rocky Mountain Restore & Stretch LLC, is set to welcome guests and interested parties who want to learn more about the power of soundwaves. The session, which will be held on a monthly basis, is open to beginners and individuals with no prior experience in holistic health practices.
Attendees will enjoy a relaxing environment where they can decompress and release stress while finding themselves. The leaders will use several healing gongs, including the five-foot gong. Each gong creates soundwaves and vibrations that help the mind and body achieve deeper states of relaxation. Poster printing is a fantastic way to advertise such experiences in public spaces to increase awareness and attendance.
The host venue will provide all registered guests with pillows, blankets, mats, and eye covers, though each individual can bring their own from home if they prefer. Participants can expect to experience feelings of joy, reduced anxiety, emotional release, and relief from or reduction in pain through the healing gong sessions.
The Golden House in Fort Collins will host the healing gong experience on Sunday, August 3, starting at 10:00 AM. Interested parties can make reservations online for $44.52 per person.
