Earth Day given a food focus in Fort Collins

This year’s Food Co-op Earth Day celebration in Fort Collins will bring with it a variety of activities for the entire family. Locals can use it to kick off their spring and enjoy some family time.

The organizers of this event may have used a selection of printing services to promote the fun day to people in the region, and in the community of Fort Collins.

During the celebration, families will enjoy a variety of live music, treats prepared by the local food trucks, the new and unique freedom market, and a Kids Zone with a number of activities to keep the children amused for hours. Attendees can also plant flowers and take part in a silent auction to benefit the W.O.L.F. Sanctuary.

Another attraction will be a septacycle (a bicycle seating seven people) event. Several bike technicians will be on hand, in collaboration with The Gearage, while the annual bike swap is happening.

This is a free event and families are invited to head out and join the fun. The Food Co-op Earth Day will be occurring on Sunday, April 27, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Fort Collins Food Co-op, located at 250 E. Mountain Avenue.
