A sponsored running event is making a visit to Fort Collins next month, bringing distance runners and beer enthusiasts together for an active outdoor experience.
The Odell Brewing 5K Fun Run will start in a few weeks, and Fort Collins runners are invited to lace up their favorite running shoes and register. The event is part of the Colorado Brewery Running Series, and registered guests are welcome to run, jog, or walk the course before celebrating with a free beer provided by Odell Brewing.
Participants can choose between a 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM start time, and each is expected to arrive and check in before the running begins. To commemorate the experience, guests will receive several Promotional Products from the event, including a collector’s pint, door prizes from the event’s sponsors, and access to festivities.
The event aims to increase physical activity in the Fort Collins region while having fun and giving back to the local community. Local vendors and food trucks will attend the event to offer their wares and provide refreshments to attendees and runners. The 5K is untimed and will use an open course, meaning roads will not be closed.
The 5K will start and end at Odell Brewing and is scheduled for Saturday, July 13th, beginning at 10:00 AM. Tickets are available online, starting at $35 per participant.
