Beer and music enthusiasts are in for a treat next month, as a festival featuring both is making a stop in the Denver area.
The UllrGrass Music and Beer Festival has an official start date, and Denver residents seeking new tasting opportunities and live music will want to reserve their spots. The goal is to provide enthusiasts with a safe and memorable place to celebrate together in the snow of the Rockies.
The three-day festival is named after the Norse God of Winter, and it is the project of Chris and Susanna Thompson to bring the area a signature event to celebrate the snowy season. Attendees are welcome to dress in Viking attire to fit the event’s theme and add to its ambiance. The festival has been ranked as one of the top ten bluegrass festivals in the United States and will feature a diverse set of musicians and bands. Attendees are asked to drink responsibly and consider finding a designated driver for their health and wellness.
The festival and celebrations will be held at Parfet Park starting on January 31st, with the gates opening at 4:00 PM. Tickets are available online starting at $17.85 per attendee.
