Seniors invited to free seminar

A seminar designed to help seniors work through the options available when they are considering downsizing is coming up in Centennial.

“Senior Downsizing Options” will discuss the various choices available to people in the Denver area who are thinking of reducing the size of their living space. The Steller Group is hosting the seminar, which will present information on what it might be like to move to a ranch-style house, or transitioning to a community specifically designed for those 55 and over.

Senior living communities offer a number of amenities that appeal to many people, including those that promote activities and an active lifestyle, to those that feature low-maintenance housing in a quieter environment.

The Denver Business Journal named The Steller Group as 2018 Mile High Leaders in Real Estate. They are also the South Metro Denver Realtor® Association's #1 agency, both in terms of number of transactions, and volume.

There will be refreshments and snacks provided at the seminar, which is scheduled for January 13, from 9:30 am until 11:00 am, at the Southglenn Library on South Vine Street in Centennial. The library is located in a shopping center and covered parking is available in the mall garage, with an entrance to the library from the mall.
