Knowing the basics of car care and maintenance can save both time and money, and a Centennial activity will teach the city’s newest drivers, as well as their parents, how to perform some basic tasks.
AutoNation will be running a free Car Care Clinic focused on cold weather driving. It will be a hands-on activity, and the venue for the session will be AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe.
The attendees will be taught how to top up their vehicle’s windshield washer and other fluids, check their tire pressure, jumpstart a battery, and deal with roadside emergencies. With the winter months ahead, they will also find out how driving at this time of year can cause wear and tear on a vehicle. Its agenda runs for one hour, and anyone interested needs to sign up in advance.
To thank everyone for coming out and to further encourage them to keep their ride in top shape, each participant will go home with a mini car care kit. Corporate Gifts can be custom created by a printing services company to distribute during an event live this.
This introduction to basic vehicle maintenance will be held on Saturday, November 15. It will start at 2:00 pm and continue until 3:00 pm, and its registration link provides more information for anyone who is interested in signing up.
