A Centennial cookery school is offering a class that may offer an outside-the-box date night idea for local couples, and it will see them prepare a variety of comfort food.
Uncorked Kitchen is set to welcome couples age 21 and up for an evening in the kitchen. Led by a chef instructor, the class will teach how to prepare four different dishes that complement each other, and tickets start at $275 for each pair.
The function will open with crafting a tomato bisque and grilled cheese, and this will be followed by a grilled wedge of radicchio dressed with balsamic vinegar. The group will then be walked through the steps of preparing almond crusted salmon with jasmine rice, and a dessert of raspberry panna cotta will round out the meal. Each couple will also receive a bottle of wine to enjoy while they cook.
Copies of recipes used at events like this, as well as small Promotional Products such as measuring spoons and even aprons, may be ordered from local Print shops.
Uncorked Kitchen and wine bar will be hosting this date night cookery lesson on Thursday, March 10. It will begin at 6:30 pm, and those who are interested are invited to check out the other offerings the host has on its agenda for the winter season.
