Centennial session to appeal to local wine lovers

Centennial foodies who would like to take their knowledge of wines to the next level may want to make sure they take in a learning opportunity next month.

Uncorked Kitchen and Wine Bar recently announced that it will be offering a wine pairing class in November, and in keeping with the season, it will have a Thanksgiving theme. Tickets are available now, priced at $69 each. Only a set number will be released to the public.

The workshop will explore how wine pairs with different types of poultry dishes, and duck, chicken, turkey, and goose will all be part of the discussion. Everyone will be encouraged to expand their palate by doing some sipping and sampling, and both red and white vintages will be included. At the end of the session, the attendees will be able to purchase any of the wines they especially enjoyed.

Tasting events often attract local foodies, and they provide a fun way for an eatery to introduce itself to the public. Sampling glasses printed with an establishment's Logo Design are just one of the Corporate Gifts a printer can craft for an event.

This chance for Centennial wine lovers to add to their knowledge will be held on November 10 at 8171 South Chester Street. Everyone who registers is asked to be in their seat by no later than 7:00 pm.
