Members of Centennial’s community of real estate professionals who have been hoping for a way to up their game may find that being part of an upcoming workshop will provide a chance to do so.
The South Metro Denver REALTOR Association offers training and other career building events, and one of these will introduce tools and techniques for finding hidden gems in almost any real estate market. It will also serve as a meet-and-greet style networking session, and there are two different ticket options.
During the workshop, its facilitator, Shay Hata, will discuss how to identify properties that have hidden potential. Lead generation and closing the deal successfully are also on the agenda, and everyone will walk away with new ideas they can use to advance in their career. Colleagues are welcome to attend together, and the activity will run for two hours.
When attending a networking session or a similar event, professionals often carry professionally crafted Business Cards with them. This makes it easy for them to provide new contacts with their name and other information.
The South Metro Denver REALTOR Association has made arrangements to offer this skill-building class on August 24. It will begin at 9:30 am, and it will be taking place at 6436 South Racine Circle in Centennial. Tickets to participate can be reserved via its Eventbrite listing.
