Centennial is getting ready to enjoy beer and barb-cue soon, in the city's favorite park.
Brew-N-Que is back for the fourth year, bringing live music and grilled food to Centennial. The official name of the event is the City of Centennial's BBQ & Beer Tasting Festival, and it features BBQ, brews from local breweries, and live music by Lee & Co., and the Cowboy Dave Band. Banner printing can be used to create decorations for events like this.
Both groups are from Colorado, but play different styles of music. The four-piece Lee & Company plays old-fashioned rock 'n roll and rockabilly, while the Cowboy Dave Band plays country, Western, and honky-tonk tunes. The bands will play at the park's amphitheater, so attendees should remember their blankets and chairs.
Participation in beer tasting is limited to those 21 years of age and older. Admission to the festival is free, or for $15, beer enthusiasts will receive a tasting mug and punch card. The mug and card entitle the attendee to 10 samples of three ounces each.
The fun is set from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm this Saturday, July 13, at the city's crown jewel, Centennial Center Park. Tickets are on sale now via Eventbrite. A service charge will be applied if tickets are purchased on the internet, or if attendees use a credit card to buy the tasting card on the day of the event.
