Juicy Burgers & Dogs, a popular hamburger restaurant in Centennial that has attracted business from throughout the area, has relocated to a new space in the same mall where it has been operating for years.
The move was triggered by the fact that Juicy Burgers is so popular it was hard for patrons to get in the doors, and by the fact a neighboring storefront had suddenly become empty.
Karl's German Deli, a Centennial favorite that sold German cheeses, meats, and pantry items, and also operated a restaurant, closed its doors after over 30 years in business. Karl's was only a few doors from Juicy Burgers.
Jason Anderson, Juicy Burgers' general manager, said the move became official at the end of September, when the new space opened. The space is twice as large as the old location inside, and the outdoor space that once served as a beer garden is now a spacious patio.
Next on the agenda is Juicy Burgers' ability to serve beer and wine. The restaurant has applied for a liquor license, which Anderson expects to be approved inside sixty days, meaning it could be serving alcohol before the end of the year. Anderson believes spirits will be a great complement to the rest of the menu.
