Band to play celebrate new EP with show

An up-and-coming band recently released their first EP, and will appear near Centennial in a few weeks.

Rubie Gold, a relatively new alternative rock band, just dropped “Gold Rush,” and is celebrating with a performance at Globe Hall in Denver, a short drive from Centennial.

The band formed in 2018, led by Ivy Brown, who is the group's frontwoman, with Zack Ford on lead guitar. Since then, two more members have joined the ranks – Justin Mundt on drums and Richard (Jay) LeVeque on keyboards. Band members count classic rock and alternative rock as being important influences on them, and they combine these genres into emotional ballads with danceable beats. Flyer printing can be used to create publicity for events like this.

A review of “Dreamland,” a song from the EP, said:

“Wow! It sounds great!”

Globe Hall is both a music hall and a restaurant, and opens at 5:00 pm on nights when there is a performance scheduled. The kitchen is open until the food is gone, which is often as early as 9.00 pm. For patrons who would like to stop in for a quick meal, there is no cover charge for the bar or restaurant.

Rubie Gold will perform at 7:30 pm on December 19. Globe Hall is following the guidelines for public performances, and asks that everyone wear a mask. Concertgoers should also check with the venue closer to the date in case of any changes.
