A holiday-themed show is running throughout the festive season in Santa Ana.
Winter Lights: A Journey Home is a music filled production with a twist of science. Put on by Apples and Oranges Productions at Discovery Cube’s Orange County location, the play, created by Tim and Pamela Kashani, tells the tale of Lumina, her brother Alex, and their robot buddy Jean Luc. When an experiment goes wrong, QED shows up and leads the trio through a journey of confidence building and discovery. This show lasts for about 45 minutes.
In addition to the musical, the festival will allow families to explore the wonderful and bright world of a wintery, snowy lights display.
Tickets come with several pricing options, available through the Discovery Cube site. Those who are already members of the center will get a reduced rate of between $11 and $14 depending on the showtime selected. A discounted premium ticket comes in at $22.95. For non-members, access to both the venue and event can be purchased for between $28.95 and $33.95, with the premium options costing from $37.90 to $42.90. Parking is also available, although spots are not guaranteed to be available. When promoting similar events, flyer printing will often be used.
The show’s run began yesterday, December 16, and continues until January 8 with several showtimes available every day except Christmas Day.
