Santa Ana new home for Yokohama headquarters

In response to its growing business and the need for more space, the Yokohama Tire Corporation will be leaving its corporate headquarters in Fullerton and relocating to Santa Ana next month.

The company has acquired a 10-year lease on new office space located at 1 MacArthur Place, here in Santa Ana. The property, near the John Wayne Airport, will provide the tire maker with space covering two-and-a-half floors in the office complex.

When companies relocate, among the details they need to have covered is contacting Stationery printers and ordering new Letterheads, invoices, and Business Cards.

Yokohama moved to Fullerton in 1986 after it outgrew its Montebello facility. The announcement to move its headquarters to Santa Ana follows a similar statement from the company two months earlier. At that time, Yokohama was announcing its decision to move its Western Region Distribution Center from Fullerton to Chino, California. The new newly constructed warehouse is 658,000 square-feet compared the 380,000 at its former location.

Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. is the parent company of Yokohama Tire Corporation. The former is a global company that deals in the manufacturing and sales of premium tires. The company was founded in 1917 and opened its North American manufacturing and marketing division in 1969, supplying a network of over 4,500 points of sale in the United States.
