The first DTSA Chef Battle kicks off this month, featuring two local Santa Ana chefs.
The battle is modeled after competitive television shows, such as Iron Chef. Tickets are still available.
Embracing a Thanksgiving theme, each chef will serve a three-course meal to the guests, along with two guest judges. The chefs will be judged on these courses, and only one can win.
The two chefs for this competition are Ralph, from the restaurant Vacation, and Chicken Wang from Chapter One. The competition will be held at Chapter One, which is located on North Broadway. There is limited parking in the back of the building, but there are multiple parking structures in the area, so looking up parking structures in advance is recommended for those traveling by car.
Tickets for this event are $55 each, and do not include drinks or gratuities, but they get each guest access to the food and the ability to judge each course. The event starts at 7:00 pm and ends at around 10:00 pm on the evening of next Monday, November 19.
Events like this often use printing services for a number of necessary means. Chefs might want to have Business Cards to give out, or the votes may be cast on paper. There may also be distributable information about the chefs.
