A show set for late October is sure to entertain Santa Ana residents, featuring one of the most iconic and long-running groups of all time.
The Who formed in the early 1960s after several members attended school together. The most famous line-up for the group consisted of Roger Daltrey, Keith Moon, Pete Townshend, and John Entwistle. Moon and Entwistle have since passed away, but both times, the band chose to push on in a tribute to their friends, and for their love of music.
The current line-up includes Townshend and Daltrey, with touring group members including Pete’s brother Simon Townshend, Loren Gold, Zak Starkey (Ringo Starr’s son and Keith Moon’s godson), Jon Button, Keith Levenson, Billy Nicholls, Audrey Q. Snyder, Katie Jacoby, and Emily Marshall. A few of the hits are “Who Are You,” “Baba O’Riley,” “My Generation,” and “Pinball Wizard.”
The Who Hits Back! Tour will be coming to the Honda Center in Anaheim. Three VIP bundles are available. For $454 buyers get a reserved seat, a laminate, a poster with a tour related graphic design, a set of guitar picks, and a messenger bag.
