In August, Team Caring House will host a brunch event in Redondo Beach to celebrate the Caring House’s triathlon participation and to fundraise for the charitable organization.
The Caring House is a nonprofit organization that specializes in a unique kind of hospice care tailored to the individual needs of each patient and incorporates a home-based, tranquil environment. It is based in Torrance and serves the South Bay area and surrounding communities, including Redondo Beach.
‘Team Caring House’, as they are called, will be taking part in the Hermosa Beach Triathlon as they did last year, and the brunch event will be a celebration of this participation. The brunch will be beach-themed, with beach party attire – such as sundresses for women and Bermuda shorts and tees for men – recommended for attendees. Guests will enjoy brunch delicacies, a cash bar, games of chance, and a silent auction. Proceeds raised from the event will benefit the residents of Caring House and their families.

The brunch fundraiser is scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 14, beginning at 10:00 am. The venue will be The Rooftop Terrace at the Redondo Beach Hotel on 400 North Harbor Drive. Tickets are priced at $125 per person.
