Kincaid’s Fish, Chop & Steakhouse will present the Caymus Wine Dinner next month, highlighting a local Napa Valley winery and providing a decadent dining experience for patrons.
Kincaid’s is a local steak and seafood restaurant located on the Redondo Beach Pier. It serves elevated steak options and fresh seafood items and boasts sweeping ocean views and an outdoor patio space. The restaurant frequently collaborates with other local food and beverage establishments to host special events.
It will feature a five-course wine-pairing dinner with wines sourced from Caymus Vineyards, nestled in the heart of Napa Valley. The winery is known for its rich, supple Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
The chef-curated dinner will feature a burrata melon salad paired with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, a green apple salad paired with Conundrum White Blend, Ora King Salmon paired with Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, Tenderloin au Poivre paired with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, and a flourless chocolate torte paired with The Walking Fool Red Blend.

The Caymus Wine Dinner is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 29 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Kincaid’s is located at 500 Fishermans Wharf, Redondo Beach. Tickets are $140 per person.
