In May, former USA Today journalist Jefferson Graham will be leading a sunset photowalk along Manhattan Beach Pier, just minutes from the Redondo Beach area.
Previously a columnist and reporter for USA Today, Jefferson Graham is now producer and host of the TV series Photowalk, which is currently available on Tubi, a free TV streaming app. The Photowalk series is a travel photography series in which Graham, using his skills as a photographer, guides his audience as he explores the world through a camera lens. In each episode, he focuses on different photo-taking techniques. The Manhattan Beach Photowalk will enable attendees to participate in one of these photo-training tours in real time.
The walk will begin at the Manhattan Beach Pier. All levels of photography experience are welcomed, whether using a smartphone or professional camera to take photos. The walk will adhere to all COVID-19 safety guidelines, including social distancing.
The Manhattan Beach Photowalk is slated for Thursday, May 6, at 7:00 pm. Sunset will be at 7:40 pm. Manhattan Beach Pier is located at 2 Manhattan Beach Boulevard. The walk will be free to attend. Jefferson Graham’s website will have more information about the event and the Photowalk series.
