Oakland occasion to be full of Halloween fun

Halloween is a time for thrills and chills, and there will be lots of spooky fun to be had during a special celebration that will take place on Oakland’s College Avenue.

The Rockridge Community Planning Council and the Rockridge District Association will be welcoming kids of all ages for an afternoon of activities, and they will be held rain or shine. A variety of merchants along College Avenue have already added their name to the list of participating establishments, and they will be handing out candy or small Corporate Gifts to the kids who come trick or treating.

Along with the shelling out, the plans for the occasion include a costume parade for the kids. Those who plan on participating will meet up at the BART station by no later than 12:00 pm. At 1:00 pm, everyone will be invited to head to the Rockridge Library for some games and other activities that will be on offer, including entertainment.

One of the tasks of an event planner is to bring the function in at or under budget. A printing services company will be happy to help by offering items at a range of prices, as well as materials that may be deployed over and over.

This celebration of October’s spooky side is scheduled for October 31. The function will begin at the Rockridge BART station.
