A night market can be both fun and exciting for the public, while at the same time giving area businesses a chance to strut their stuff. One that will be focused on food will be held this summer in Golden Gate Fields, and more than 100 vendors have already booked their space.
Residents of Oakland who attend the market will be invited to enjoy the high-energy atmosphere as they browse through the brightly lit displays. They can enjoy their favorite dish or try something new, and with so many food service providers participating, there will be a wide variety to choose from.
Along with the food, a selection of craftspeople will be setting up shop in the night market, and the roster is expected to exceed 50 vendors. There will also be games and other entertainment, and as the location is paved, the crowd won’t have to worry about getting their shoes dirty. As they shop, they will be treated to views of San Francisco Bay, and the whole family is invited to enjoy the experience.
