Community festival helps Oakland celebrate summer

A community festival is being organized in Oakland for next month, and area residents are invited to attend with friends and family to celebrate the arrival of summer.

The 6th Annual Lakefest Oakland has an official date on the calendar, with interested parties getting the chance to celebrate the city’s culture and bring the community together. Organizers aim to provide an environment filled with summer vibes and good energy, ensuring a fun visit for attendees of all ages.

The event is expected to welcome over 20,000 attendees to this year’s festival, and visitors can expect hundreds of vendors and several food and beverage trucks to provide meals and drinks to keep attendees comfortable.

The festival will also feature a Kids’ Zone and a Health and Wellness station to help community members prioritize their well-being. Banner printing is a welcoming and memorable way to make impressions on passersby while welcoming attendees to such festivals.

Guests can watch musicians and bands perform on one of the festival’s two stages, and lawn chairs and blankets are allowed into the venue for guest comfort. Dogs are welcome on a leash, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

The festival will be held at 568 Bellevue Avenue in Oakland on Saturday, June 21st, with the gates opening at 11:00 AM. General admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children online.
