A collaboration of local businesses and therapists is coming together in the Laguna Niguel area next month, providing area residents with a rejuvenating wellness experience.
The Kompashion Wellness Experience will begin welcoming interested parties soon with the goal of educating and promoting mental and physical wellness to help visitors get the most from life. Guests will learn about and experience different healing modalities from nurturing therapists and subject matter experts.
The event will provide a space for like-minded individuals to connect and for professional relationships and friendships to blossom. It will double as a fundraiser to support vulnerable youth in the community, creating a ripple effect of care, compassion, and healing for all. It will be open to all genders 15 years of age and older. Flyer printing can help to promote such events in the community via grassroots methods to increase awareness and attendance.
To ensure comfort throughout the experience, attendees should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, and blanket. Light refreshments will be available after the event’s breathwork segment. Participants should also wear comfortable clothing that allows for range of motion to get the most from the stretching activities.
The wellness experience will be held at 30111 Crown Valley Parkway in Laguna Niguel on Sunday, May 4th. Doors open at 12:30 PM and tickets cost $72.27 per person online.
