Shakespeare festival promotes fine arts near Laguna Niguel

A family-friendly festival and deep dive into the works of William Shakespeare is coming to the Laguna Niguel area next month, and local families are invited to attend.

The Dana Point Shakespeare Festival will be arriving in Laguna Niguel in a few weeks and is scheduled to provide a performance of the famous playwright’s Twelfth Night. The festival will be held across two days, ensuring more interested parties can attend the showing. It is being presented by the City of Dana Point and sponsored by Rivian.

The festival will open with activities for children, along with live music and access to food and beverage trucks. The play itself will cause love to collide with laughter in one of Shakespeare’s most comical works. The audience will follow Viola’s journey filled with witty pranks, chaos, and unexpected romance. Flyer printing is a classic way to promote such performances in the community to increase interest and attendance.

The setting will be ideal for fans of festivals and individuals with a deep interest in all things Shakespeare. Low-back lawn chairs are permitted for comfortable seating on the lawn, and guests are welcome to bring picnics from home.

The Sea Terrace Community Park in nearby Dana Point will host the festival, which is set for Friday, July 11th, and Saturday, July 12th. Admission is free, though attendees will need to RSVP online.
